Brief Description:
On July 7, 2019, between 6:00am and 8:00am, all e-list servers (Y2, B1, Y1) will be upgraded to the latest version of Aurea (Lyris) Listmanager.
User Impact:
During the upgrade, e-list email affected e-lists will be delayed. Mail will continued to be processed and delivered after the upgrade process completes. During the upgrade process, the administrative web interface will also be unavailable. After the upgrade, users should not notice any operational differences.

On July 7, 2019, between 6:00am and 8:00am, all e-list servers (Y2, B1, Y1) will be upgraded to the latest version of Aurea (Lyris) Listmanager.
During the upgrade, e-list email affected e-lists will be delayed. Mail will continued to be processed and delivered after the upgrade process completes. During the upgrade process, the administrative web interface will also be unavailable.
During each phase of the upgrade, a different set of e-lists will be affected. E-List email for each set will be queued and delayed while those servers are being upgraded. After the upgrade is completed, email will be processed and sent out.
