Pinnacle web and database servers will have OS patches applied to address Linux "TCP SACK Panic" Denial of Service vulnerabilities.
On July 10, 2019, beginning at 8:00pm, Pinnacle and the Custom Apex applications (NCS Dashboards, Building Coordinator Dashboards, Student Request for Services Form, and Pinnacle Monthly Statement Email Notification Opt In/Opt Out form) will be unavailable to users in order to apply urgent operating system patches.
The service outage is expected to be brief and the impact will be minor because usage of Pinnacle is low outside of normal business hours.
