Brief Description:
IBM will be applying to Production PeopleSoft select Oracle Financial Aid Image 12 patches, 7/4/2019 2-5am. During the application of the updates, the PeopleSoft production system will be unavailable to the end users.
User Impact:
During the outage window, the web servers will be down so that the PeopleSoft application will not be available via the web. After the changes have been applied, required functionality will be available.

PeopleSoft Student Center, Faculty Center, Student Essentials, Employee Essentials, epay, Contributor Relations, Student Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Records, Student Financials, Student Employment (PSES) will be unavailable on Thursday July 4, 2019 starting at 2:00 AM until approximately 5:00 AM, to allow for the migration of online and batch objects to PeopleSoft Production (PSPROD). Due to the content of the migrations, this activity will create an outage for PSPROD.
These patches are necessary to meet federal and university compliance requirements.
