Full Description:
Emails were processed for about 10 minutes and then it stopped. Therefore, emails sent since about 1 PM have not been processed. We are working on this and will let you know as I know more.

The problem with the Remedy email processing has been resolved. The issue was due to a large attachment (>10 mb) sent in an email.
