Brief Description:
On Monday, June 24, 2019, from 6:00am-6:30am, a change will be made to the student directory so that some information previously provided from students who haven't specifically opted-in to the Directory will be hidden from unauthorized applications.
User Impact:
Some student information will no longer be visible by default in the directory. Students may still opt-in to displaying the information, if they want to do so.
If you are an administrator of an application that needs access to the hidden field, you should send a ticket to Identity Management at idmgmt@cornell.edu, who will grant application access after vetting the request with the data steward.

On Monday, June 24, 2019, from 6:00am-6:30am, at the request of the Office of the University Registrar (OUR), a change will be made to the student directory so that some of the information previously provided from students who haven't specifically opted-in to the Directory will be hidden from unauthorized applications.
If you are an administrator of an application that needs access to the hidden field, you should send a ticket to Identity Management at idmgmt@cornell.edu, who will grant application access after vetting the request with the data steward.
