Full Description:
From 9:38 to 9:53 this morning, Thursday, June 6, 2019, there was an unplanned outage of services from the Rhodes Hall server farm.

While preparing for router cut-overs on June 16, a misconfiguration in one of the new routers was discovered. This caused a spanning-tree issue for the layer-2 parts of the server farm.

Connections were disabled to resolve the active issue. Configuration changes have been applied, but the problem links remain disabled for the interim.
