Brief Description:
On Tuesday, April 30, 2019, CIT will be installing new SSL certificates to our Net-Print (PaperCut) servers. There will be a service outage beginning at 7:00am and ending on or before 8:00am, where printing will be unavailable.
User Impact:
There will be a service outage beginning at 7:00am and ending on or before 8:00am, where printing will be unavailable while the service is being restored. Also, Department Operators/Administrators on certain MFP devices will be required to follow instructions provided in a separate communication before the new certificate will take effect and can resume printing operation.
