Brief Description:
Due to an exceptionally high volume of email being handled currently, there are delays of up to thirty minutes for delivery of email received by some Cornell accounts and forwarded out to a non-Cornell personal account. Cornell staff are investigating.
User Impact:
Delays in receiving email that was sent to a Cornell account and then forwarded to a non-Cornell personal email account.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
The backlog in mail queues has caught up and mail is being delivered within usual timeframes. Cornell staff are continuing to monitor.
