Full Description:
Cornell's Remedy system will be unavailable Sunday April 4, 2019 from 6:00 a.m. - noon while the vendor applies software patches and adjusts the configuration of multiple servers within the system to improve system reliability and performance. All incoming email tickets and ticket updates will be held on Cornell's e-mail server during the outage, and will be processed normally once the service is back up and running.
