Brief Description:
There have been reports of individuals having difficulties accessing the Distributions screen in the Qualtrics survey service. CIT staff have contacted the vendor.
User Impact:
When individuals select "Distributions" while in a Qualtrics survey administration they either get a blank page or a 500 error
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
There have been no further reports of this issue, and in repeated tests the service appears to be performing normally.
