The Remedy admins are currently working with the vendor on on the email processing issue as well as other performance issues with Remedy. Remedy e-mail delays seem to be down to less than 5 minutes now. The Remedy Admins are monitoring the situation for the rest of the day to verify this. Delays longer than 5 minutes that are observed after 2pm should be reported to remedy-admin@cornell.edu for investigation. 2019-02-25 19:44:28
