On Sunday, February 10, 2019 between 7:00am - 7:30am the main e-list server will be upgraded to the latest version.
User Impact:
During the upgrade e-list email to most e-lists will be queued and delayed. After, they will be processed and sent out. During the upgrade the admin web interface will be unavailable. After, there should be very little user visible differences.
