Current Status:
The Remedy issue is now resolved. An issue with the email routing caused all incoming emails to be sent to the IT Service Desk between the time of 2:37PM to 6:24pm. Less than 100 emails were affected by these issues during this timeframe. The emails that were mistakenly routed to the IT Service Desk are being updated and forwarded to the appropriate support groups.

Remedy is currently experiencing issues with incoming email. The Remedy issue is now resolved. An issue with the email routing caused all incoming emails to be sent to the IT Service Desk between the time of 2:37PM to 6:24pm.
