On Wednesday, January 2, 2019, beginning at 8:00pm, the Pinnacle web server and database server will have OS patches applied by the Systems team.
User Impact:
Pinnacle and the Custom APEX applications (NCS Dashboards, Building Coordinator Dashboards, Student Request for Service Form, and Pinnacle Monthly Statement Email Notification Opt In/Opt Out form) will be unavailable to users beginning at 8:00pm in order to apply semi-annual OS patches. Although the stated outage window is until 12:00am, Pinnacle and the Custom APEX applications are likely to be available by about 9:00pm. Impact is expected to be minimal, since patching is being applied outside normal business hours when dashboards are generally not in use.
