Brief Description:
On Saturday, December 15, 2018, from 7:00pm to 11:00pm EST, the Panopto lecture capture system will be unavailable while the service is upgraded by the vendor.
User Impact:
Panopto lecture capture service (and access to videos) will be unavailable to users during the maintenance window. Any attempts to upload from clients will result in a "Server unable to connect" message. Once maintenance is complete, enhancements will be available to users: a new collapsible navigation bar and resizable folder and system settings trays to improve site browsing and navigation, plus new capabilities for admins for analytics and restoring deleted videos.

On Saturday, December 15, 2018, the Panopto lecture capture system will be unavailable from 7:00pm-11:00pm EST while the service is upgraded. Local lecture recording will continue to be available during the maintenance window. However, uploading and viewing of recordings will be unavailable. Any attempts to upload from clients will result in a "Server unable to connect" message.
