The Net-Print (PaperCut) web interface will receive improvements on Tuesday, November 20, 2018
User Impact:
Enable users to see their Transaction History. This will make it easier for users to see their printing transaction activity and diagnose any potential discrepancies.  Enable the PaperCut delivered order of links / pages in the left navigation regardless of your Account Selection options, helping to provide a consistent user experience.  Display users' Cash account balance in the Summary link

Full Description:
The Net-Print (PaperCut) web interface will receive the following improvements on Tuesday, November 20, 2018:
Transaction History, making it easier for users to review their cash account transaction activity. It will include the adding of funds via credit card or refunds. Note: Course and department account transactions other than printing will not be included.

Printing transaction activity will also continue to be available under "Recent Print Jobs."

Display of users' cash account balance on the Summary page.

In addition, the order of two options in the left-hand menu will switch. This change will make the interface layout consistent and resolve an issue where users under certain conditions were not seeing the same or all menu options.
