Brief Description:
Upgrade the main e-list server (Y1) to the latest version Aurea Listmanager 12.3.1 (from v12.3.0) to deploy a bug fix for incorrectly rejecting certain postings based on from address, and stay current with the product.
User Impact:
During the upgrade e-list email to most e-lists will be queued and delayed. After, they will be processed and sent out. During, the admin web interface will be unavailable. Afterwords postings that were incorrectly rejected should start working again. There should be very little other user visible differences.

The main e-list server will be upgraded to the latest version of Aurea(Lyris) LM Sunday Nov 18 07:00-07:30 (am). This affects most e-lists, that is all e-lists managed through
https://www.list.cornell.edu/
During the upgrade e-list email for those e-lists will be delayed. They will be processed and sent out afterwards. The administrative web interface will be unavailable. Afterwords from-addresses that were being incorrectly rejected should start working again.
