Brief Description:
Upgrade the alternate e-list server (Y2) to the latest version Aurea Listmanager 12.3.1 (from v12.3.0) to deploy a bug fix for incorrectly rejecting certain postings based on from address, and stay current with the product.
User Impact:
During the upgrade e-list email to a small number of e-lists will be queued and delayed. After they will be processed and sent out. During, the admin web interface will be unavailable. Afterwords postings that were incorrectly rejected should start working agin. There should be very little other user visible differences. Most e-lists will not be affected by this work.
