Cornell is receiving an atypical number of phishing messages claiming to be from President Pollack and attempting to solicit iTunes gift cards.
These messages are generally from outside email addresses and simply have a display name of "Martha E. Pollack". They claim that the president is in meetings and urgently needs assistance procuring iTunes (or possibly other) gift cards. If you receive unusual and unsolicited messages from the president, please confirm their authenticity before acting on them.
