We have noticed that some users received an ”Error Number 90” email when submitting a ticket this morning between 8:05am and 8:35am.

There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
Any emails that received the "Error Number 90" message between 8:05 to 8:35am have been reprocessed. If users have questions about this issue they are encouraged to email remedy-admin@cornell.edu

Error Message: Cannot establish a network connection to the AR System server
