Due to a Telepresence Management Suite (TMS) licensing issue following a recent update, address books are not currently available with CIT Video Conferencing.

There is no workaround for this issue

The licensing issue has been resolved, the address books have been redeployed.

Due to a Telepresence Management Suite (TMS) licensing issue following a recent update, address books are not currently available with CIT Video Conferencing.

There is no workaround for this issue. If the inability to use address books is an issue for you or your users, please contact the IT Service Desk and request escalation for further assistance.
