Brief Description:
HR staff working with Workday Time Tracking systems reported that punches may not post to employee timecards this morning.
User Impact:
People are able to punch in at the clocks on campus, but those punches may not display on an individual's timecard for the time being.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
Cornell HR staff members have reported that Workday Time Tracking issue has been resolved and punches are processing correctly now. Punches entered during the time period of the performance issue should now be posted to employee timecards.

Full Description:
HR staff working with Workday Time Tracking systems reported that punches may not post to employee timecards this morning. Based on some testing, it appears that people are able to punch in at the clocks on campus, but those punches may not display on an individual's timecard for the time being.

Punches are queued for 24 hours in Workday Time Tracking, and any punches in the queue should post when the system is functioning properly again.

Cornell HR staff members are currently working with the Workday Time Tracking vendor to investigate this situation.
