On September 13th 2018 beginning at 6 AM, Confluence will be unavailable for up to 1 hour as CIT completes environment changes which include converting to Amazon Elastic Container Registry along with updates to the operating system and configuration files which mitigate security vulnerabilities and address a known bug causing issues with some users unable to access Confluence web server/pages.

The Cornell Docker Trusted Registry (dtr.cucloud.net) transitioned to read-only mode on August 31, 2018 and shut down completely on Sept 30, 2018. This change will convert the AWS DTR environment to Elastic Container Registry (ETR) as recommended by Cloudification Team. It involves changes to build scripts and Docker files. With the rebuild this change will also include an update to the container Operating System to mitigate security vulnerabilities in the OS and update to Apache Configuration file to address a known bug causing issues with some Users unable to access Confluence web server/pages.
