When attempting to use any version of Outlook (Outlook for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android, as well as Outlook on the Web) or Skype for Business in Cornell’s Office 365, individuals may receive a message that their bandwidth is being throttled.
User Impact:
A message that bandwidth is being throttled when using Outlook or Skype for Business with Cornell's Office 365.
Workaround:
If a meeting is being adversely affected by this issue, try using Cornell’s Zoom service: https://it.cornell.edu/zoom .
Current Status:
Microsoft has announced that this problem is fixed.
