CIT has received reports of individuals being unable to access their Office 365 mail through Outlook on the Web (outlook.cornell.edu), with a message of "Something went wrong. The mailbox isn't available."
User Impact:
Unable to sign into Outlook on the Web (outlook.cornell.edu), receiving a message of "Something went wrong. The mailbox isn't available. This may have occurred because the license for the mailbox has expired."
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
All affected accounts now have current active licenses.
