The Endpoint Management Tools Service Jamf Pro component is experiencing intermittent connectivity issues after an upgrade this past weekend, 8/11 – 8/12. There is currently intermittent connectivity available for both TSPs and end-user clients which may result in an inability on the part of end-users to open Jamf Pro Self-Service.  CIT Desktop Engineering is actively working to resolve this issue and will keep this Service Alert updated. 2018-08-14 13:33:24
