Captioning is continuing to work normally. Testing indicates that videos uploaded since the issue started have been captioned.

Automatic machine captions for some new media uploaded to Cornell's Video On Demand service are not being processed for captioning. The captioning vendor is working to fix the issue. It appears that this issue may no longer be affecting new content currently being uploaded. CIT staff are monitoring to confirm captioning is working for video added to Video On Demand at this time.
