On Thursday, July 26th, 2018 between the hours of 2:00 am to 06:00 am Eastern Time, the Managed Hosting Engineers will be performing emergency infrastructure maintenance on Cornell's hosted site at Blackboard's datacenter.
During this maintenance, clients may experience an interruption to their production environment services. Blackboard will make every effort to minimize downtime during this maintenance window, but all clients should plan for and notify their user base of intermittent availability during this time.
During this maintenance, users may experience an interruption to the Blackboard Collaborate Ultra service. Collaborate Ultra may be intermittently available during this maintenance period.
