There have been reports of audio quality issues in Zoom meetings. Cornell staff are investigating and have contacted the vendor. If you’ve encountered unexpected audio quality problems in a Zoom meeting, please contact the IT Service Desk.

The vendor has suggested that it's possible some of the reported issues may be related to running older versions of Zoom.
