Brief Description:
The Pinnacle Production Custom Apex web server at AWS will have monthly CentOS patches applied. Patching is done monthly on the second Thursday of the month.
User Impact:
Low impact for users because the outage is very momentary while the URL is switched to the new instance, and this patching is being applied outside normal business hours when the Pinnacle Custom dashboards are generally not being used.

The Pinnacle custom dashboard applications, the Pinnacle monthly statement opt in/out application, and the student request for services application may be unavailable for a very short period sometime between 7am-7:30am.
