CIT has received reports that users are unable to access the Remedy service. We are currently investigating this problem and will notify you with updates on this situation.

The Remedy service located at https://www.remedy.cornell.edu/MidTier is currently unavailable. The support team is working to resolve the issue. The issue that we are currently experiencing with Remedy has been linked to a database problem. The DBA team is working on restoring the service. We do not believe that there will be any data lost. We are estimating the service to be restored within the next hour. As a workaround, EGA (special mailbox) admin can monitor user requests by opening the EGA in their mail client.\n\nAgain, I apologize for the inconvenience this is causing and thank you for your\npatience and understanding.\n The issue that we are currently experiencing with Remedy has been linked to a database problem.
