Brief Description:
A change to Cornell’s identity systems is currently preventing Cornell email delivery to accounts owned by students who have decided to suppress their name under FERPA provisions.
User Impact:
Students who have suppressed their name under FERPA provisions are not receiving Cornell email.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
Service has been restored. An email will be sent to affected individuals providing them with some details about messages that were not delivered to them in the event they'd like to ask a sender to resend them.
