Employees and those with employee-like affiliations will have all email sent directly to Office 365 by default. The work will be started at the end of the business day Friday, June 1 and is expected to be completed late Sunday afternoon, June 3.

Full Description:
Beginning Monday, June 4, employees and those with employee-like affiliations (retirees, affiliates, exceptions) will have all email sent directly to Office 365 by default. In addition, employees will become eligible for Gsuite accounts upon request via Who I Am. This will require changes to the Identity Management database and programs, a new release of WhoIAm, and a full synchronization of the Enterprise Directory and Active Directory which takes 36-48 hours.

The work will be started at the end of the business day Friday, June 1 and is expected to be completed late Sunday afternoon, June 3. Users will be unable to change their email routing while the work is in progress.
