Starting May 30, 2018, only accessibility-ready themes will be available for new blog sites.
User Impact:
Non-accessibilty-ready themes will not be available within the blog service.

Starting May 30, 2018, only accessibility-ready themes will be available for new blog sites. Sites that are currently using non-accessibility-ready themes will be able to continue using them, though considering Cornell’s commitment to accessibility, we recommend taking steps to activate an accessibility-ready theme as soon as convenient.
