Remedy Performance Issue
User Impact:
User will notice slow response when selecting from drop down menus when creating or assigning tickets in Remedy.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
Technicians have confirmed that system performance is normal. A small number of users may experience occasional error messages related to automated ticket assignment. The vendor is working to identify the impacted users and fix the problem.
