Adobe has reported that they are experiencing an incident which is impacting the Adobe Sign service. CIT has confirmed problems accessing existing documents or adding new ones to the service.
User Impact:
Individuals may encounter a message when trying to use an existing document, “Sorry, we were not able to process your request. Please try again later.” Attempts to start a new document for Adobe Sign may result in “Oops! An error occurred.” with reference to “500 internal server error.”
