Full Description:
On Friday, February 16, 2018, between the hours of 2:00am and 6:00am, the Blackboard vendor will be performing a firmware upgrade. While we anticipate no interruption in service as a result of the work being performed, we cannot entirely rule out periods of service interruptions during these maintenance windows. The vendor will make all efforts to keep any service disruption within the window to a minimum, but clients should be aware that interruptions are possible.
