Unplanned Outage: Exchange mailbox B
There is no workaround for this issue
There was a five-minute outage of Exchange mailbox B affecting 1/3 of all Exchange users at 3:35pm today. The cluster service crashed, causing a momentary outage for clients connected to it. As part of recovery, the network adaptor failed over to the alternate, which may have caused an additional disconnection. CIT has escalated this problem to Microsoft to find a reason for this problem.
