The alternate e-list server (Y2) will be down for OS security patching
User Impact:
For e-lists hosted on the alternate server (Y2) email will be delayed, queued and processed after the down time. The admin web interface will be unavailable. Also the renewal, new list, and other misc e-list web tools will be unavailable. Afterward there should be no user visible changes

The alternative e-list server will be down for OS patching Tuesday, January 30, 2018 from 03:45 AM to 4:30 AM. Most e-lists are unaffected as this only affects e-lists administered via
https://www.hp.list.cornell.edu
https://www.appgen.list.cornell.edu
For the small number of affected e-lists, during the outage email will be delayed, queued and processed afterwards, and the admin web interface will be unavailable.
Also the renewal, new list, and other miscellaneous e-list web tools will be unavailable.
