User Impact:
For approximately 30-45 seconds commodity Internet connectivity may be slow or intermittent as routing protocols converge. This change will only impact our secondary ISP connection and the primary ISP connection with Cogent will remain active.

Full Description:
Upgrade and reboot cornellnet1 to bring it up to the same version of IOS running on other 7600's. Other 7600's were upgraded as an emergency change to work around an IPv6 software bug. While cornellnet1 does not run IPv6 and is not susceptible to the bug, best practices dictate that the same platforms run the same version of code.
