Brief Description:
On Monday, December 18, 2017, from 12:00am to 4:00am, websites hosted by the Academic Web Hosting service will be unavailable for a brief period while updates are applied to its production hosting infrastructure.
User Impact:
Users will be unable to access the Academic Web Hosting service for a brief period during the maintenance window. The landing page for the Electronic Lab Notebooks (LabArchives) service will also be unavailable during the update, but the service itself, including all notebooks, will continue to operate normally.

On Monday, December 18, 2017, from 12:00am to 4:00am, websites hosted by the Academic Web Hosting service on servers courses.cit.cornell.edu, courses2.cit.cornell.edu, and fit.cit.cornell.edu will be unavailable briefly so that semi-annual operating system updates can be applied. This will also impact approximately 225 custom domain names hosted on those servers, including the landing page labarchives.cornell.edu, though the Electronic Lab Notebooks service itself will not be impacted.
