One of the Exchange servers crashed this morning, and we are in the process of bringing it back online. Mailboxes served by databases that are offline will be unavailable until this completes. We expect service to be restored by 9:00.

| All Exchange databases are back online. Clients should be able to connect successfully now.\n\nThe Windows server hosting one of the current three Exchange mailbox servers crashed this morning at approximately 8:35am. About half the databases on that server were offline when it was brought back up, and required transaction logs to be replayed to restore consistency. All database rebuilds completed by 9:00am. No mail was lost; some people may get notifications that delivery was delayed, but this mail was delivered when the databases came back online. \n\nWe will be investigating the cause of the OS failure that caused this incident. \n | All Exchange databases are back online.
