User Impact:
Users may see a very brief interruption in service as they are activated on the failover unit during the upgrade. They may then experience another brief interruption while they are moved back to the primary system after the upgrade.

Full Description:
The University's BlackBerry Enterprise Service will be upgraded to Service Pack 2 of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express software. The upgrade will occur at 6:30am on Sunday September 5th, 2010 and complete by 7:30am. During that time users may experience a brief interruption in service as the servers are upgraded. No action on the part of the user is required.
