The BES server started having strange performance issues syncing some Blackberries. Initially only BES users complained. Later on (3:00pm) Exchange users complained about poor performance. It was determined that only users on the MBXA Exchange\nMailbox server were affected. In diagnosing that problem is was discoverted that there was appeared to be a runaway process on diehard5 that was affecting MBXA's performance. Restarting the IIS server on diehard5 corrected the\nproblem.\n The BES server started having strange performance issues syncing some Blackberries. Initially only BES users complained.
