Brief Description:
On Saturday, August 12 at approximately 6am EDT, Mediasite Video Cloud services experienced a technical issue that has caused a persistent outage. The outage impacts all Mediasite sites being hosted in the Mediasite Video Cloud.
User Impact:
Sites hosted in the Mediasite Video Cloud are not accessible and playback is unavailable.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
Sonic Foundry has announced and testing has confirmed that Mediasite service has been restored.

The outage impacts all Mediasite sites being hosted in the Mediasite Video Cloud and consequently those sites are not accessible and playback is unavailable. All Mediasite versions are impacted.
