Brief Description:
One of the four Directory servers was performing irregularly from around 11:30am to around 1:20pm on Monday, August 7, 2017. This issue may have caused problems for queries directed to that server. The other three servers were not affected by the issue.
User Impact:
Problems for queries directed to the server encountering difficulties. The other three servers were not affected by the issue.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
The server appears to be behaving normally now, and Cornell engineers are continuing to monitor performance.

Full Description:
One of the four Directory servers was performing irregularly from around 11:30am to around 1:20pm on Monday, August 7, 2017. This issue may have caused problems for queries directed to that server. The other three servers were not affected by the issue. The set of applications at netid.cornell.edu required a restart to clear the error. The "Search Cornell" page had intermittent errors when the search was directed to the server.
