The bulk mail e-list server will be down for OS patching Sunday, July 23, 2017 from 07:45 AM to Noon.
Most e-lists are unaffected as this only affects e-lists administered via
https://www.bulk.mail.cornell.edu
https://mm.list.cornell.edu
For the small number of affected e-lists, during the outage email will be delayed, queued and processed afterwards, and the admin web interface will be unavailable.
