Brief Description:
To clear an issue with the Pinnacle application, the database server and database will be restarted. .
User Impact:
Users will not be able to access the Pinnacle Web Applications while the server and database are being recycled. Even though the functional area can not access the Web Applications, there should be no impact as this planned outage is being applied outside normal business hours.

Full Description:
Unusual locking on the Pinnacle production database is occurring and to clear this issue, a DBA will be stopping and restarting the database server and database. The Pinnacle application will not be available from 8:00 - 9:00 on July 14 while this work is being performed.
