Brief Description:
On the afternoon of Thursday, June 8, 2017 some email from Office 365 was not delivered. The approximate time window this appears to have occurred was 6/8/2017 15:10 EST through 6/8/2017 17:15.
User Impact:
Users who are unsure if mail they tried to send during that time period was delivered should check with intended recipients. Anyone who is concerned about emails they should have received during that time period can contact the IT Service Desk if they think they may be missing messages, but are unsure of where they might have come from.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
This problem has been resolved, and users have been notified if they were impacted.
