Users have reported issues syncing their email on their Blackberrys. \n\nSystems Administrators are working on the issue. During this time \nusers will not be able to sync their email. \nEstimated time to recovery is unknown.\nThank you for your patience.

The Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) encountered an error condition during the weekend that caused some people to be unable to connect. When restarting the service this morning to clear that error, a database error prevented successful startup. That error was rectified about 9:20, and mail appears to be being delivered to Blackberries again. CIT staff are contacting the vendor with the error logs to determine the cause of the initial error.
